Description
Construction
This lapel pin is die-struck from iron, giving it a solid, substantial feel. The recessed areas of the design are filled with soft enamel that is then cured, creating a durable, colorful surface. Because it is a true spot color product, the metal separates each color, ensuring crisp definition between different areas of your artwork.
Finishing Options
An optional epoxy dome can be applied over the enamel to create a level, smooth finish that also adds a layer of protection. The pin measures 1 1/4" square, a versatile size that works well on lapels, lanyards, or bags.
Packaging
Each pin comes individually poly-bagged, making them easy to distribute at events or include in mailers.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your artwork is applied to the front face of the pin using a true spot color process, where metal separates each color. Screen print is available for bold spot-color artwork, solid shapes, and simple lettering needing strong opaque coverage and clean edges.
Silk Screen1 color/location included · no setup charge · Up to 6 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
