Recycled Construction
This cooler bag is built from 600D rPET polyester and PVC, with a gray PEVA lining and 2mm PE foam for insulation. The rPET fiber is made by melting down existing plastic bottles, giving the bag a recycled content story. Note that zippers, lining, foam, and handles are not rPET.
Organized Storage
Two separate insulated compartments keep items at different temperatures: the top holds up to 6 cans and the bottom up to 4. An expandable zippered bottom compartment adds flexible space, while a front slip pocket with hook-and-loop closure offers quick access. Web carrying handles and an 8-inch handle drop make it easy to carry.

Your logo is applied to the front face of the cooler bag. Screen print delivers crisp, opaque color artwork that sits on the surface, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin layer that flexes with the material. For bold spot-color art, screen print is a strong choice; for a low-profile mark that moves with the fabric, heat transfer works well.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
