Eco-Friendly Construction
This blanket is crafted from rPET polyester fleece, a material derived from melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources to create new polyester fiber. The large 47" x 52" surface provides ample room for picnics, camping trips, and outdoor events. The blanket folds within itself using a hook and loop closure, making it easy to store and transport.

Your logo can be placed on the blanket's surface. Screen printing applies ink directly onto the fabric for bold, opaque artwork, while debossing presses a recessed, ink-free impression for a subtle, tactile brand mark. Choose screen printing for colorful, high-impact logos or debossing for a more understated, durable finish.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Debossone-time setup $50.00
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
