This Cuisinart Outdoors® Smashburger Press Tool is a heavy-duty 6-inch cast iron press that creates a caramelized crust on your patties. Simply place a loosely shaped ball of meat on your oiled skillet or griddle, then press down to lock in juices and achieve crispy, cracked edges with a juicy center.
