Your logo is placed on the rectangular case, which offers a flat surface for imprinting. Both screen printing and heat transfer are available: screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink for bold spot colors, while heat transfer reproduces photographic detail and gradients with a smooth bonded layer.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $62.50 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
