Description
Safety and Visibility
This dual-color safety vest is ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 certified, designed to keep workers visible in hazardous conditions. The 100% polyester oxford fabric provides a smooth printing surface, while 2-inch reflective taping on the front and back enhances visibility in low light.
Practical Design
The vest features a Vislon zipper for secure closure and multiple pockets for tools and pens. Two chest pockets and a lower left pocket offer convenient storage, and a pencil stall on the chest pockets keeps writing instruments within reach.
Compliance Note
To maintain ANSI/ISEA 107 compliance, the garment must be fully zipped when worn. This ensures the reflective material is positioned correctly for maximum visibility.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your logo can be applied to the front or back of the vest. Screen print is ideal for bold spot-color artwork, while heat transfer handles photographic or multi-color designs with fine detail.
Screen Print — Dark Colors1 color/location included · one-time setup $30.00 · Up to 8 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CPone-time setup $30.00 · Full color
Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
