Description
The Conference Ring Folio is a zippered padfolio built around an 8.5" x 11" writing pad, with a three-ring binder, slant pocket, and holders for a calculator, business cards, a USB drive, and a wide-body pen. The UltraHide simulated leather cover and carrying handle make it a self-contained organizer for meetings and events.
A zippered closure keeps the contents contained in transit, and the privacy cover over the writing pad keeps notes out of view. At 2.1 lbs, it stays light enough to carry through a full day of sessions.

Your artwork can be debossed or heat transferred on the front cover, screen printed on the front, or debossed or heat transferred inside. Deboss suits bold, simple logos and type where a tonal, tactile recessed impression carries the branding; Screen Print suits bold spot-color artwork and solid shapes needing opaque coverage; Heat Transfer suits solid spot-color artwork where flat, even color coverage and a smooth, low-profile mark are preferred.

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
