From our decoration and product guides
- What does laser engraving look like on a promotional product?
- Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch the design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges. There is no ink: the mark reads in the material's own tone, a lighter shade on metal and a darker burn on wood, with a depth you can feel. It resists fading, wear and scratching because nothing sits on top of the surface. More about Laser →
- Can laser engraving be done in my brand color?
- No. Engraving carries no added color and shows only the substrate's own tone, so a design that depends on brand colors, color contrast, gradients or photographic detail is a poor fit. It is the right choice for single-tone logos, fine line work and small text where a permanent, dimensional mark matters more than color. For printed spot color choose pad print or screen print. - How does rush production work at Promotion Pros?
- Your deadline is the production clock. When you order rush, the countdown starts the moment you check out with print-ready artwork, not after a digital proof is approved. Most suppliers will not start the clock until a proof is signed off, which quietly adds days to a fast-turn promise; a rush order goes to production immediately, so the turnaround you pick is the turnaround you get.
