Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your logo is placed on the front cover of the journal. Choose debossing for a tonal, tactile recessed impression, or screen printing for crisp, opaque color artwork in up to 6 colors.
Debossone-time setup $75.00
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.
Screen PrintPMS1 color/location included · one-time setup $60.00 · Up to 1 color
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a debossed logo look like?
- Debossing presses the design into the material with a heated die, leaving a recessed impression below the surrounding surface. There is no ink and no added color: the mark is the material itself, a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker. More about Debossed →
- Can a deboss include color or fine detail?
- No. Because nothing is added, debossing reproduces shape but not color, and the displaced material rounds the edges of fine lines, small text and gradients. Reserve it for bold, simple logos and type where a subtle, tactile impression carries the branding. For a printed ink color choose pad print or screen print; for crisp, permanent fine detail on a hard surface choose laser engraving. More about Debossed →
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
