Foil StampFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $50.00

Foil stamping (hot stamping) presses a thin metallic foil onto the surface with a heated metal die, bonding it where the die makes contact and leaving a shallow pressed-in impression. The mark reads as a single reflective metallic tone: it throws light at some angles and darkens to an outline of itself at others, giving the logo depth against the base. Solid shapes and bold lettering hold cleanly; very fine lines and small text can soften as the foil seats under pressure.

What does foil stamping look like?: Foil stamping presses a thin metallic foil onto the surface with a heated die, bonding it where the die makes contact and leaving a shallow pressed-in impression. The mark reads as a single reflective metallic tone that throws light at some angles and darkens to an outline of itself at others, giving the logo depth against the base. More about Foil Stamp →
Can foil stamping print multiple colors or fine detail?: Foil stamping applies one solid metallic tone per stamp, so it suits clean logos and bold typographic marks where a reflective finish matters more than exact color. Gradients, very small text and hairline detail can fill in or soften as the foil seats under die pressure. For printed brand colors or full-color artwork choose screen print or a full-color process.
