The Child ID Safety Kit is a record-keeping kit for parents. It provides sections for personal data including a photo, identifying features, dental record, medical conditions and a full fingerprint record, along with safety tips and a section for emergency phone numbers.

The kit is packaged in a re-sealable, clear poly bag and includes an ink strip for ease of fingerprinting. It is made in the United States and is available with a full-color imprint. Stock versions are available, and the product can be customized.
