Your artwork is placed on the front face of the tote. Screen Print pushes ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color that sits right on the canvas. Heat Transfer bonds a thin, flexible film to the surface for a smooth, low-profile mark. Screen Print works best for bold spot-color artwork and solid shapes, while Heat Transfer is suited to flat, even color coverage that flexes with the material.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
