Heat Transfer — IllumachromeFull-color imprint · 1 location included · no setup charge
Illumachrome prints a full-color image directly into the crystal, fusing artwork to the surface so it becomes part of the piece rather than a coating on top. The result reads with photographic depth: fine detail, smooth gradients, and continuous tonal shading show through the clear material with no raised edge or texture to the touch. Photos, complex illustrations, and shaded logos reproduce faithfully, with brand colors simulated close to true rather than matched exactly.

From our decoration and product guides
- What is a heat transfer imprint?
- Heat transfer prints the design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the material rather than ink soaked into the cloth. More about Transfer →
- Can heat transfer print photographs or gradients?
- Standard heat transfer prints spot colors as flat solids, so photographic art, gradients and tonal blends are not a fit; those need a process-color transfer, which many products list as a four-color or full-color transfer option. Very small text and hairline elements may also soften slightly at the bonded edge, while crisp lines and fine solid detail hold well. More about Transfer →
- How does rush production work at Promotion Pros?
- Your deadline is the production clock. When you order rush, the countdown starts the moment you check out with print-ready artwork, not after a digital proof is approved. Most suppliers will not start the clock until a proof is signed off, which quietly adds days to a fast-turn promise; a rush order goes to production immediately, so the turnaround you pick is the turnaround you get.
