The Broil King SMOKE™ Vertical Gas Smoker offers 770 sq. in. of total cooking surface within a 4 cu. ft. capacity. Four fully adjustable 5 mm stainless steel cooking grids, a multi-purpose roast/rib rack, and 16 meat hooks accommodate a variety of foods. The 15,000 BTU stainless steel burner provides consistent heat for low-and-slow smoking.

Construction and Convenience

Double-walled construction and a secondary door allow easy access to the stainless steel water bowl and smoker box. The stainless steel grease catch is designed to prevent grease from dripping down the front when removing or checking on food. Sure-Lite electronic ignition and Accu-Temp thermometer simplify operation.
