Description

The Broil King SMOKE™ Vertical Charcoal Smoker delivers 770 square inches of cooking space across four fully adjustable 5 mm stainless steel grids. A multipurpose roast and rib rack and 16 stainless steel meat hooks provide flexibility for everything from brisket to sausages.

Temperature management is handled by the Roto-Draft™ cast aluminum damper system with chrome coating and an Accu-Temp thermometer. The double-walled body and secondary door give easy access to the extra-large stainless steel water bowl and smoker box, while the stainless steel fold-down grease catch keeps the front clean when checking on food.
