Your logo is placed on the front face of the fan housing. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the surface, while heat transfer domed decals add a glossy, raised finish for full-color artwork. Choose screen printing for bold spot colors or a domed decal for photographic detail and depth.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Domed Decalone-time setup $62.50 · Full color
Domed Decal (also doming or 3D resin label): a full-color printed adhesive label finished with a clear polyurethane resin that cures into a raised dome over the artwork. The result is a lens-like gloss surface with real physical depth — saturated color sealed against scratches, moisture, and UV fading. Color renders as a full-color process blend that comes close to brand-color references but does not match exact spot inks.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
