Description
The Boutique Ultra Pouch is a 3.5" x 4" microfiber bag built for jewelry and other small, delicate items. Its compact footprint fits in a drawer at home or travels along in a bag, so the contents stay gathered in one place.
Choose a white or black pouch and add your logo to the front panel with screen printing. Ink is pushed through a mesh stencil onto the surface, leaving crisp, opaque color artwork that sits right on top of the microfiber.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Pricing falls with quantity: 250–499 pieces $1.89 each, 500–999 pieces $1.80 each, 1,000–2,499 pieces $1.72 each, 2,500–5,000 pieces $1.64 each. Prices are per unit, imprint included — one-time setup charged separately.
- Is there a setup charge?
- Yes — a one-time setup charge of $45.00 per order. The imprint itself is included in the unit price.
- How long does production take?

Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
