This 3.25" round coaster is made from natural wood, so every piece carries its own subtle grain pattern. Your artwork is applied with a pad print process that lays down a thin, flat layer of opaque ink. The flexible pad conforms to the coaster's surface, holding fine lines and small text with crisp edges. Up to four spot colors are available, with Pantone matching as an option for precise brand color reproduction.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
