Description
Built for the field
The Beacon Black Hills Leather Shell Bag is made from distressed full grain buffalo hide, a material chosen for its toughness and natural character. The bag measures 14 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 4.5 inches deep, with an open top for quick access to your shotgun ammo. Two compartments keep live and spent shells separated, so you can reload without fumbling.
Carry and customize
A heavy-duty belt adjusts from 32 to 60 inches, letting the bag fit comfortably on a range of body types. The front pocket provides a clean canvas for your mark, debossed as a recessed, ink-free impression that holds up to field use.
Ready to ship
Each bag ships polybagged, keeping it clean and ready for distribution to your team or customers.

Decoration & Imprint
3 methods
Your logo is debossed on the front pocket, centered in the top third of the panel. Debossing presses the design into the leather as a recessed, ink-free impression, giving a tonal, tactile finish that suits bold logos and lettering.
Debossno setup charge
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a debossed logo look like?
- Debossing presses the design into the material with a heated die, leaving a recessed impression below the surrounding surface. There is no ink and no added color: the mark is the material itself, a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker. More about Debossed →
- Can a deboss include color or fine detail?
- No. Because nothing is added, debossing reproduces shape but not color, and the displaced material rounds the edges of fine lines, small text and gradients. Reserve it for bold, simple logos and type where a subtle, tactile impression carries the branding. For a printed ink color choose pad print or screen print; for crisp, permanent fine detail on a hard surface choose laser engraving. More about Debossed →
- Where do I find the dimensions and imprint area of a bag?
- Overall dimensions are listed in the Specifications block when the manufacturer provides them, and the Decoration & Imprint section lists each imprint location with its imprint size where that is known. If a measurement you need is missing from the page, ask us through the Questions & Answers form and we will confirm it with the manufacturer. More about Bags →
