Materials & Construction
The Bamboo RPET Journal pairs a cover made from post-consumer recycled materials and bamboo with 80 lined pages inside. Recycled polyester (rPET) is obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber, giving the cover a responsible material story.
Details & Certification
A matching bookmark, strap closure, and pen loop keep notes and writing tools together. The journal supports responsible forestry and is FSC® certified, meaning its forest-based materials come from forests audited by an independent third party to confirm they meet FSC®'s rigorous social and environmental standards.
Customization

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

DIGIBRITE is a digital full-color imprint, applying photographs, gradients, and multi-color artwork directly onto the item in a single printing pass. The image reads as a flat, high-resolution print with fine detail and smooth tonal blends. Color is converted to a full-color process and rendered as the closest achievable match rather than an exact brand color, and it prints most vividly on white or light items.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
