Description
What's Included
The Baltique® Marrakesh 3-Piece Cheese Knife Set includes a pronged cheese knife, a flat cheese knife and a hard cheese knife, each fitted with a stainless-steel blade. The Marrakesh Collection takes its color palette from the markets of Marrakesh, Morocco, and coordinates with other items in the line.
Choosing a Knife
The pronged knife handles soft to semi-hard cheeses such as Brie, Feta and Cheddar, and its prongs can lift and plate cut cheese. The flat cheese knife, also called a cheese chisel, chips and shaves semi-soft to semi-hard aged cheeses like Gruyere. The hard cheese knife is intended for semi-hard to hard cheeses, including Parmesan and Gorgonzola. The pronged knife measures 7-7/8 in., the flat knife 7-1/8 in. and the hard cheese knife 8-1/4 in.
Care
Hand wash the cheese knives or wipe them with a damp cloth; do not soak them in water or wash them in a dishwasher.
