Materials & Construction
This shopper tote is crafted from a 9 oz. blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with a 285 GSM weight that gives it a substantial feel. The recycled polyester (rPET) is obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber, reducing waste. Handles and label are not rPET.

The Aware™ exterior features the world's first hybrid traceability technology, combining a physical tracer with public blockchain to track and validate textile impact from origin to consumer. Scan the QR code inside the product to access the Aware™ Virtual ID & Product Passport. Spot clean and air dry to maintain the bag's appearance.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
