Description
Materials & Construction
This tote is woven from a 10 oz. blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with a 340 GSM weight that gives it a substantial feel. The recycled polyester (rPET) is made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources into new fiber, while the webbing, straps, label, and snap button are not rPET. The bag is built for daily use, with a large main compartment, two front slip pockets that wrap around to the back, and a back slip pocket.
Traceability & Care
The Aware™ exterior uses hybrid traceability technology that combines a physical tracer with public blockchain to track and validate textile impact from origin to consumer. Scan the QR code inside the product to access the Aware™ Virtual ID and Product Passport. To care for the bag, spot clean and air dry.
Customization
Your logo can be applied using screen printing or heat transfer. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque artwork, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin layer that flexes with the fabric. Both methods deliver a clean, professional finish.

Your logo is placed on the front face of the tote. Screen printing delivers crisp, opaque spot-color artwork, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, low-profile layer that flexes with the fabric. For bold solid shapes and lettering, screen printing is ideal; for a smooth, flexible mark, choose heat transfer.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
