Materials & Construction
This belt bag is crafted from a 10 oz. blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with a 340 GSM weight that gives it a substantial feel. The recycled polyester (rPET) is produced by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources to create new fiber, reducing waste. The zipper, strap, buckle, and label are not rPET.
Design & Function
Designed for versatility, it can be worn as a fanny pack or as a chest sling, with an adjustable waist strap. It features a zippered main compartment and a back zippered pocket, plus a 2 ½" gusset for extra capacity. The strap measures 34 1/2" (45" including the bag).

Decoration & Imprint

Your logo is applied to the front panel of the belt bag. Screen Print pushes ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color artwork, while Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin film to the surface that flexes with the material. For bold spot-color art, choose Screen Print; for a low-profile mark that flexes, choose Heat Transfer.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
