Materials and Craft
The Aviana™ Journey Glass Bottle pairs thick borosilicate glass with a screw-top bamboo lid certified by the FSC® (FSC® C175379). Borosilicate glass is clean tasting and odor-free, so your water stays pure. The wide-mouth opening makes it easy to add ice cubes, and the silicone sleeve protects the bottle while providing a comfortable grip.
Sustainability and Care
Bamboo is a natural, renewable material, and the bottle is BPA free and PVC free. Handwashing is recommended to preserve the life of the bottle. Each bottle comes in a one-piece retail gift box, making it ready for gifting.
Customization

Your logo is applied to the front face of the bottle. Screen printing delivers bold, opaque color artwork, while laser etching creates a permanent, recessed mark in the glass. For artwork with fine lines or small text, laser etching holds crisp detail; for solid shapes and simple lettering, screen printing provides strong coverage.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Laserone-time setup $70.00
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
