Description
The Aspen Sun Protection Sleeves are a pair of arm sleeves cut from a 94% polyamide and 6% spandex blend, a stretch knit that follows the shape of the arm. The fabric carries a UPF 50+ rating, so the sleeves are built to block UV rays during time outdoors.
The knit is moisture-wicking, breathable, and lightweight, which keeps air moving and manages sweat through long stretches of wear. One size fits most, so a single size covers a varied group without a sizing run.

Your artwork is heat transferred onto the sleeves as a smooth, thin bonded film that holds fine lines, small text, and photographic detail. For photographic, gradient-rich, or many-color artwork, the four-color process reproduces tonal blends and fine detail faithfully; when a specific brand color must reproduce as an exact, edge-to-edge spot-color solid, choose another route, since color is built from blended process inks.

Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

- How should I wash decorated apparel to protect the logo?
- Turn the garment inside out, wash cold with like colors, skip bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Never iron directly over a screen print, heat transfer or embroidery; iron inside out or around the decoration.
