Description
Official America250™ merchandise, this journal has 80 lined pages and a cover made from PU and rPET. It is made with post-consumer recycled materials; rPET is obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber. The inside cover, flyer, inner paper, ribbon bookmark and strap are not rPET. The notebook has a matching bookmark, strap closure and pen loop.
FSC® certified, it supports responsible forestry. FSC® certified products are made with, or contain, forest-based materials sourced from forests that have been audited by an independent third party to confirm they are managed according to FSC®'s rigorous social and environmental standards.
America250™ is a trademark of the US Semiquincentennial Commission, used under license. The America250™ logo will be printed exactly as shown, in its approved form; no modifications in design, color, scale, placement, or orientation will be made.

DIGIBRITE is a digital full-color imprint, applying photographs, gradients, and multi-color artwork directly onto the item in a single printing pass. The image reads as a flat, high-resolution print with fine detail and smooth tonal blends. Color is converted to a full-color process and rendered as the closest achievable match rather than an exact brand color, and it prints most vividly on white or light items.

- Production: 5 business days after proof approval. Production time is for the default full-color imprint in one location. It may increase for multiple imprint locations and large product quantities. Add 24 hours for your free digital proof.

- Pricing falls with quantity: 150–249 pieces $3.60 each, 250–499 pieces $3.48 each, 500–999 pieces $3.36 each, 1,000–2,499 pieces $3.20 each, 2,500–5,000 pieces $3.05 each. Prices are per unit, imprint included — one-time setup charged separately.
- Is there a setup charge?
- Yes — a one-time setup charge of $50.00 per order. The imprint itself is included in the unit price.
- How long does production take?
- Production takes 5 business days after proof approval; a free digital proof is e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving artwork.

- What is direct-to-garment printing?
- Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing jets water-based CMYK ink straight onto a pre-treated garment, with a white underbase on dark fabric, then heat-cures it into the fibers. It reproduces photographs, gradients and dense multi-color artwork with fine detail and a soft hand, because the ink soaks into the cloth rather than sitting on top. - Will a DTG print reproduce my exact brand color?
- It lands close, not exact. DTG color is a full-color process blend, so a specific Pantone reference is simulated rather than printed as a dedicated spot ink, and vibrancy on dark garments depends on the white underbase.
