Description
The Aero Toiletry Bag is built from 600D poly, a dense woven fabric that holds its shape through repeated packing and unpacking. The main compartment is zippered and fully lined, keeping toiletries contained and making the interior easy to wipe clean. A zippered front pocket separates small essentials for quick access, and the carry handle makes it easy to grab from a gym bag or suitcase.
At 9.5 inches wide, 6 inches tall, and 3.5 inches deep, the bag fits a full set of travel-size toiletries without taking up much space in luggage. It weighs just 0.24 lb, so it adds almost nothing to a carry-on or checked bag.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
