Description
This 8-inch barrier bag is made from polyester film with a clear backing, a tear notch, and an airtight zip closure. The high-barrier construction resists odor and moisture transfer, so contents stay protected in storage and transit.
The bag holds up to 4 oz of candy, nuts, or pet treats, and the top can be heat sealed for a tamper-evident closure. It is food-safe and Prop65 approved for direct food contact.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

A digital decal prints your design — including photographs, gradients, and fine multicolor artwork — onto adhesive vinyl or film, which is then applied cleanly to the product. Because it is printed digitally, every copy is identical edge to edge, and no heat or curing step is pressed into the product itself.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
