This 48mm metal grinder is built as a 5-piece set with layers that screw together. A magnetic lid keeps the top secure, and a scooper is included for collecting the ground material. The metal construction provides a sturdy feel for everyday use.
Grinding Layers
The grinder separates material by fineness: one layer grinds the herb, the next catches larger pieces, and the last collects the finely ground herb or keef. This multi-stage design lets you control the consistency of your grind.
Customization
Add your logo with screen printing for bold, opaque artwork, or choose a digital decal for full-color detail. Both methods let you personalize the grinder for your brand or event.

Your logo can be placed on the outer surface of the grinder. Screen printing applies bold, opaque ink directly onto the metal, while a digital decal offers full-color detail with a smooth, applied finish.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Digital Decalno setup charge · Full color
A digital decal prints your design — including photographs, gradients, and fine multicolor artwork — onto adhesive vinyl or film, which is then applied cleanly to the product. Because it is printed digitally, every copy is identical edge to edge, and no heat or curing step is pressed into the product itself.

Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
