Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
