Eco-Conscious Canopy
This 42-inch umbrella features a canopy woven from 100% recycled polyester (rPET), created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources into new polyester fiber. The 190T pongee fabric is treated with a black UV coating, offering practical sun protection while keeping the umbrella lightweight at just 0.56 pounds.

White rain drops on the canopy transform into three shades of blue or gray when they get wet, then return to white as they dry—a subtle, engaging detail that makes the umbrella memorable in use. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
