Description
The Universal Source® 4 GB Bamboo Bullet Keyring USB 2.0 Flash Drive pairs a real bamboo body with a bullet-shaped keyring attachment. Bamboo is a natural material, so the grain varies from piece to piece, and the drive carries 4 GB of USB 2.0 storage for documents, photos, and presentations.
Laser etching cuts your artwork into the bamboo surface itself, leaving a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone rather than an added ink layer. Because the mark sits below the surface, it stays legible as the drive moves between pockets, bags, and keychains.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your artwork is laser etched directly into the bamboo body of the drive, where the beam cuts a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone. Screen printing is also available for artwork that needs opaque color, laying crisp spot-color ink on top of the surface.
Laser1 location included · no setup charge
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Screen PrintPMSno setup charge · Up to 4 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- What does laser engraving look like on a promotional product?

There is no ink: the mark reads in the material's own tone, a lighter shade on metal and a darker burn on wood, with a depth you can feel. It resists fading, wear and scratching because nothing sits on top of the surface. More about Laser →
- Can laser engraving be done in my brand color?
- No. Engraving carries no added color and shows only the substrate's own tone, so a design that depends on brand colors, color contrast, gradients or photographic detail is a poor fit. It is the right choice for single-tone logos, fine line work and small text where a permanent, dimensional mark matters more than color. For printed spot color choose pad print or screen print.
