Description
This lanyard is built from 3/4-inch polyester webbing, a material chosen for its balance of light weight and everyday durability. The single attachment is sewn in place, and you can select from a split ring, bulldog, J-clip, or lobster clip to match your badge or credential setup.
Your artwork is applied through screen printing, which pushes ink through a mesh stencil to create a crisp, opaque layer of color that sits right on top of the webbing. This method excels at bold spot-color logos and simple lettering, delivering strong coverage and clean edges that hold up through repeated handling.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
