Sustainable Material
The Kenny bottle is made with rPET, a recycled polyester created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources into new fiber. This gives the bottle a responsible starting point while keeping the look clean and tone-on-tone with a matching lid and base.

Your logo is screen printed onto the front of the bottle, with ink applied directly to the surface for crisp, opaque artwork. Screen print is best for bold spot-color designs and simple lettering that need strong coverage and clean edges.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
