Laser — laserX (branded)one-time setup $65.00

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Foil Stampone-time setup $100.00 · Full color

Foil stamping (hot stamping) presses a thin metallic foil onto the surface with a heated metal die, bonding it where the die makes contact and leaving a shallow pressed-in impression. The mark reads as a single reflective metallic tone: it throws light at some angles and darkens to an outline of itself at others, giving the logo depth against the base. Solid shapes and bold lettering hold cleanly; very fine lines and small text can soften as the foil seats under pressure.

Digital Print — d4 (Digital Four Color Process)one-time setup $65.00 · Full color

D4 prints CMYK artwork directly onto the item and finishes it with a clear protective coat, giving the full-color image a subtle raised, tactile dimension. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and multi-color artwork with fine detail. Spot colors are not available on this process — color is a full-color blend that comes close to brand references rather than matching exact spot inks.

Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $65.00 · Up to 24 colors

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser — 360 Wrapone-time setup $65.00

A 360 wrap engraving rotates the product under the laser so artwork, patterns, or repeating designs run continuously around the body. Like all laser engraving, the mark is colorless — the finish beneath is revealed in a precise, permanent etch that will not wear or wash away. It suits designs made to be seen from every angle.

Digital Print — 360 Wrapone-time setup $65.00 · Full color

The 360 wrap prints full-color artwork around the entire circumference of the item in one continuous pass. Photographs, gradients, patterns, and multi-color designs carry seamlessly around the body, reading as a flat, high-resolution image. Color is a full-color process blend that comes close to brand references rather than matching exact spot inks.

From our decoration and product guides

What does laser engraving look like on a promotional product?
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch the design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges. There is no ink: the mark reads in the material's own tone, a lighter shade on metal and a darker burn on wood, with a depth you can feel. It resists fading, wear and scratching because nothing sits on top of the surface. More about Laser →
Can laser engraving be done in my brand color?
No. Engraving carries no added color and shows only the substrate's own tone, so a design that depends on brand colors, color contrast, gradients or photographic detail is a poor fit. It is the right choice for single-tone logos, fine line work and small text where a permanent, dimensional mark matters more than color. For printed spot color choose pad print or screen print. What does foil stamping look like?
Foil stamping presses a thin metallic foil onto the surface with a heated die, bonding it where the die makes contact and leaving a shallow pressed-in impression.
