Insulation and Build
The Evans 20 oz. Silverton bottle is crafted with double-wall vacuum insulation, which keeps cold drinks cold for up to 9 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 5 hours. Its stainless steel inner and outer walls resist sweating, so the bottle stays dry in your hand or bag. The BPA-free construction ensures safe, everyday use.
Customization
Your logo can be applied using screen printing, laser engraving, or full-color digital printing. Full-color imprints receive a varnish coating for added shine and durability. The bottle ships assembled and is recommended for hand washing.
Care and Use
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish and imprint. The twist-open lid and wide mouth make filling and cleaning straightforward.

Decoration & Imprint
4 methods
Your logo can be placed on the front or back of the bottle, or as a full wrap around the body. Screen printing offers crisp, opaque colors for bold artwork; laser engraving creates a permanent, recessed mark in the steel; digital printing reproduces full-color images and gradients; and digital print 360 wrap covers the entire body with wraparound designs.
Screen PrintPMSFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $55.00
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Laserone-time setup $55.00
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Digital Printone-time setup $95.00 · Full color
Digital printing sends artwork straight from file to the item — no plates or per-color screens — laying all colors down in a single pass. It carries photographs, gradients, drop shadows, and dense multi-color artwork at high resolution, reading as a flat image on the surface. A specific brand color is rendered as a close full-color process simulation rather than an exact spot ink, and on colored items the substrate shifts the appearance.
Digital Print — 360 Wrapone-time setup $95.00 · Full color
The 360 wrap prints full-color artwork around the entire circumference of the item in one continuous pass. Photographs, gradients, patterns, and multi-color designs carry seamlessly around the body, reading as a flat, high-resolution image. Color is a full-color process blend that comes close to brand references rather than matching exact spot inks.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
