Your artwork is screen printed directly onto the tumbler surface for bold, opaque color, or laser etched for a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone. The gift box is printed in full color on the coated side of the card stock. Screen print works best for solid shapes and clean lettering, while laser etching excels with fine lines and small text.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text.
