Description
This 20 oz. bottle is made from rPET, a recycled polyester obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new fiber. The lid and gasket are not rPET, but the bamboo accent lid and silicone easy-carry handle add natural and functional elements. The screw-on, spill-resistant lid and wide mouth opening make it practical for daily hydration.
Your logo can be applied via screen printing for bold, opaque color or laser etching for a permanent, recessed mark. The bottle is BPA-free and meets FDA requirements, ensuring safe use. Hand washing is recommended to maintain its appearance.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. - Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
