Description
This two-piece set pairs a 13" x 9-1/2" board with an 11" x 8-1/2" board, both 3/8" thick and crafted from organically grown bamboo. The larger board handles meat and bigger prep jobs, while the smaller utility board suits fruit, vegetables, sandwiches and cheese.
Bamboo is gentle on knife edges, so blades keep their sharpness through continued cutting. Care is simple: hand wash with warm water and soap, wipe clean, and avoid soaking or the dishwasher.
