Your logo is placed on the exterior of the tumbler. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the surface, while direct-to-garment printing jets full-color ink for detailed artwork. For bold, solid designs, screen printing is ideal; for gradients or photographic images, direct-to-garment printing is the better choice.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Jet-Directt is a direct-to-garment imprint: inkjet heads lay full-color ink straight onto the fabric, and heat-curing sets it into the fibers rather than leaving a film on top. Photographs, gradients, and dense multi-color logos reproduce with fine detail and a soft hand. Color is a process blend close to brand references rather than exact spot inks, most vivid on light fabric.
