Construction and Insulation
The Persona® Caturra Vacuum Tumbler is built with 18-8 dual wall stainless steel and a copper-lined deep draw liner. Vacuum insulation provides 11X heat retention, keeping drinks hot or cold for extended periods. The lead-free vacuum seal ensures safe, everyday use.
Lid and Cleaning
The leak-proof screw-on lid features a visual open/close push button locking closure, and a lip groove allows the drinking spout to be positioned without looking. The lid comes apart for easy cleaning, and the stainless steel body with silicone band accent adds a comfortable grip. Hand wash only is recommended.
Customization
Your logo can be applied using screen printing, laser etching, or full-color heat transfer. Each method offers distinct benefits: screen printing provides bold, opaque colors; laser etching creates a permanent, recessed mark; and heat transfer reproduces photographic detail with smooth gradients.

Decoration & Imprint

Your logo is placed on the side of the tumbler, with an imprint size of 1.5"h x 2"w. Choose from screen printing for bold, opaque colors; laser etching for a permanent, recessed mark; or full-color heat transfer for photographic detail. For artwork with gradients or many colors, heat transfer is recommended; for simple, bold logos, screen printing or laser etching work well.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
