Versatile Components

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

D4 prints CMYK artwork directly onto the item and finishes it with a clear protective coat, giving the full-color image a subtle raised, tactile dimension. A 360 wrap engraving rotates the product under the laser so artwork, patterns, or repeating designs run continuously around the body. Like all laser engraving, the mark is colorless — the finish beneath is revealed in a precise, permanent etch that will not wear or wash away. It suits designs made to be seen from every angle.
