The Lambootensil is a 14-inch ladle carved from Moso bamboo, sized to reach easily into any pot. Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows quickly and does not require clear cutting, artificial irrigation or replanting.
Bamboo is safe for use on all cookware, including nonstick coatings, so the ladle can move between pots without a second utensil. It cleans easily with light hand washing; do not soak it or wash it in the dishwasher.
