Description
The Universal Source® 1 GB Two Tone Folding USB 2.0 Flash Drive pairs a folding ABS plastic and aluminum body with 1 GB of storage. The two-tone housing sets two shades of the same color against each other, and the folding form keeps the connector covered between uses.
Two decoration methods are available. Laser etching cuts into the surface for a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone, while screen printing lays opaque spot-color ink on top of the housing. Both put your artwork directly on the drive recipients carry with them.

Your artwork is placed on the body of the folding drive. Laser etching cuts a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone, while screen printing applies opaque spot-color ink to the surface. Choose laser for single-tone logos, fine line work, and small text, or screen printing for bold spot-color artwork and solid shapes.

The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
